What is it?
Dream Tasks is a mobile app for UNIT4 Dream users, enabling them to manage order and document authorisations from their iPhone and iPad devices.
How can it help?
Dream Tasks allows users to respond to work items on the move so that approval tasks are swiftly routed on to the next stage in the business process. With Dream Tasks you can approve and reject orders and documents whenever and wherever is convenient for you.
What does it do?
The Tasks mobile app is tailored for orders and documents requiring an approval or rejection. It does not currently allow data entry, such as re-entry of data to correct errors.
What do I need to do to get and use the app?
Systems administrator
-Install Dream 3.5 (Release 2) web services
-Enable the Task web service DreamServiceLibrary.MobileService
-Provide a connection URL and user information to end-users.
IT Manager
-Ensure network and security is implemented/functioning correctly.
End-user
-Download Dream Tasks
-Connect to URL notified by systems administrator
All our apps share the same web service and Dream credentials.
